  3.1 Giveaways, including but not limited to promotions, prizes, or contests, will be initiated once the Academy reaches a minimum of 40 students.

  3.2 Participation in giveaways is subject to eligibility criteria, which may include active enrollment and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  3.3 Winners will be selected at the discretion of Success Academy and will be notified through the contact information provided during enrollment.

4. Mentorship

  4.1 Mentorship opportunities are provided as part of Success Academy’s commitment to supporting the educational journey of its members.

  4.2 Mentorship availability is subject to demand and may be limited. Allocation of mentors will be determined by Success Academy.

5. Affiliate Programs

  5.1 Success Academy may offer affiliate programs where users can earn commissions for referrals.

  5.2 Participation in affiliate programs is subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be provided to users upon joining the program.

6. Code of Conduct

  6.1 Users are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within the Success Academy community.

  6.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of access to Success Academy’s services.

7. Intellectual Property

  7.1 All content provided by Success Academy, including but not limited to courses, materials, and website content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

  7.2 Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without the express written consent of Success Academy.

8. Termination of Membership

  8.1 Success Academy reserves the right to terminate a user’s membership for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.

  8.2 Termination may result in the loss of access to courses, mentorship, affiliate programs, and other services.

11. Pricing and Membership Commitment

  11.1 Membership Tiers:

     11.1.1 Success Academy offers different membership tiers, including but not limited to Mastermind Hustler and VIP Hustler.

  11.1.2 Pricing details for each tier are outlined on the Success Academy website and are subject to change at the discretion of Success Academy.

     11.2 Membership Commitment:

  11.2.1 Members subscribed to the Mastermind Hustler Tier or VIP Hustler Tier commit to a minimum membership period of four (4) consecutive months.

     11.2.2 During this commitment period, members are responsible for the monthly subscription fee.

  11.3 Cancellation Policy:

     11.3.1 Members on the Mastermind Hustler Tier or VIP Hustler Tier who wish to cancel their membership must fulfill the minimum commitment period of four (4) months.

     11.3.2 Cancellation requests before the completion of the four-month commitment period will be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to the remaining months of the commitment.

  11.4 Payment and Billing:

     11.4.1 Monthly subscription fees for the Mastermind Hustler Tier or VIP Hustler Tier will be automatically billed to the payment method provided during the enrollment process.

     11.4.2 Success Academy reserves the right to update pricing and billing details with prior notice to the members.
